We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our finance function as a strategic business partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our growth ambitions.
  • Provide forward-looking financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, challenging assumptions and offering data-driven perspectives.
  • Oversee all core finance functions: budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory accounts, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with local regulations, and timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve accounting systems, financial processes, and automation to support scale.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations, reporting, and analytics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of proactive business partnership and strategic influence.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a scale-up environment is highly valued.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) are a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics or environmental/climate tech sectors.
