Key Responsibilities:- Licensing and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and maintained, developing and implementing policies and procedures as needed.
- Governance, Risk & Controls: Oversee risk assessments, audits, and internal controls to mitigate potential risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Leadership & Regulatory Strategy: Advise senior leadership on regulatory trends and updates, promoting a strong compliance culture through training and awareness programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with auditors, legal counsel, and service providers to support MAS readiness and compliance.
- Experience: 8+ years in insurance, financial services, or regulatory compliance, with at least 5 years in senior compliance or RO roles in Singapore.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks, licensing, and compliance operations.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
