**Job Summary**
Our client, a dynamic fintech company, is seeking a **Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs** to ensure adherence to global financial regulations and maintain regulatory compliance. This role is key in navigating the complex regulatory landscape in fintech.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, including GDPR, KYC, AML, and others.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to safeguard the company against regulatory breaches.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise the leadership team accordingly.
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure products are developed with regulatory compliance in mind.
- Extensive experience in regulatory compliance within fintech or financial services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing compliance teams and initiatives.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $225,000.00 per year
