**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Science Team Lead to lead our data science team in delivering innovative machine learning solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the delivery of complex ML systems that align with business goals, while balancing scientific rigor with practical engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining model lifecycle, tooling, and architectural direction.
  • Providing mentorship and ensuring architectural alignment across subsystems.
  • Developing an experimentation strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced skills and experience in ML, including supervised/unsupervised modeling, time-series analysis, interpretability, MLflow, Spark, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Engineering skills in feature pipelines, model serving, CI/CD, and production deployment.
