As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions, including daily operational AP/AR tasks, invoicing, payment, receipts, and monthly reconciliation and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions, including daily operational AP/AR tasks, invoicing, payment, receipts, and monthly reconciliation and reports.
  • Debts collections - Contact customers to ensure timely payments.
  • GST filing.
  • Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Possess a positive learning attitude and be a good team player.
  • Pro-active and able to multi-task and work independently within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of XERO software is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Working hours and days: 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Working location: Ubi.

Able to multitask, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, tax, ACCA, invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounting, financial statements, bookkeeping, Xero, team player, cash flow, audit, financial reporting.
