Product Manager - Payments

This is a leadership role that requires vision, strategy and execution to deliver successful payments products.

About the Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the regional payments product roadmap, aligned with our strategic priorities. This involves leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and business case development to design, build, testing and launch.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced payment products.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver scalable, secure and compliant solutions.
  • Conduct market scans and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Technology.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking or fintech, with a strong track record in product management.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional payments landscape, including domestic and cross-border schemes, ISO 20022, real-time payments and digital wallets.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Agile product development and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Passion for innovation, client experience and collaborative product design.
