About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage literacy and numeracy programmes for K2 to P4 children, conduct assessments and build relationships with children, parents and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement literacy and numeracy programmes to support children's learning.
  2. Conduct assessments for entry and exit from the programme, and provide referrals to other services or agencies when necessary.
  3. Establish strong relationships with children, parents and stakeholders.
  4. Provide volunteer training and support.
  5. Organize programme events such as learning journeys and meet-the-parents sessions.
Requirements
  • A polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree in Education, Community Development, Social Work or a related field.
  • Possess a passion for literacy, numeracy and community development.
  • Able to work as part of a team, take initiative and adapt to changes.
  • Experience working with children and programme management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
