Early Childhood English Educator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team in delivering high-quality education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be committed to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a supportive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of children.
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Plan and facilitate educational experiences such as storytelling, songs, and games that stimulate children's creativity and curiosity.
  • Maintain accurate records and individual portfolios/reports that track children's progress and well-being.
  • Develop positive relationships with parents through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (recognised by ECDA/MOE).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing positively as part of a team.
