We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and customer-focused organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

This role involves:

  • Attending to walk-in customers and addressing their queries and concerns;
  • Performing basic diagnoses of device faults;
  • Conducting product testing and managing exchanges;
  • Assisting with first-time product setup;
  • Applying screen protectors;
  • Handling SingSaver redemptions;
  • Resolving product issues encountered by customers after sales;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries;
  • A strong command of the language(s) used for customer interactions;
  • Familiarity with our products, including their features, functionalities, and warranty policies;
  • The ability to assist customers with product testing, setup, exchange, screen protector application, and other related tasks;
  • A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and provide exceptional service to customers;
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations professionally;
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
