Job Title: Skincare Therapist.

As a skilled and experienced Skincare Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments to our clients. Your primary role will be to provide expert advice and guidance on skincare routines, products and technologies.

  • Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone
  • Greeting walk-in customers on arrival
  • Providing skincare guidelines to customers
  • Performing deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish massage
  • Cleaning and sterilising beauty treatment equipment
  • Conducting brow tinting, manicures and nail extensions
  • Maintaining inventory of lotions, nail polishes, facial creams, and other beauty products
  • Recognising problems and referring customers to dermatologists or other medical practitioners
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also possess basic knowledge of skincare routines, products and technologies. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy would be highly desirable.
