Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulations, with expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and trends, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
