This is a role within the Compliance function at Amgen, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally.
As a key member of the Global Policy, Training, and Systems team, this individual will act as a primary point of contact to support the compliance needs of the JAPAC region, whilst ensuring alignment with other regions.
The key responsibilities for this individual will be:
• Acts as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region
• Works closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally
• Provides support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally
• Supports CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts
• Gathers documentation and supports with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk
• Supports JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business
• Assists in the development, review, implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools, systems, job aids and trainings
• Understands the business and compliance priorities and aligns individual priorities accordingly
• Works collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
• Fluency in English
• Additional languages preferred
• Preferred experience working globally
• Compliance awareness/experience
• Working with cross-functional teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Project coordination and administration
• Technology proficient i.e. Share Point, Power Automate, Power Apps
