Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist
About the Role

This position is a temporary full-time opportunity to cover a staff member on maternity leave.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our clinical team in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks: registration of patients, billing, filing of claims, etc.
  • Medical tasks: dispensing of medications, assisting doctors with procedures such as PAP smear, ECG, dressing, etc.
  • Maintenance of general cleanliness of the clinic

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in healthcare administration an asset.
