We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Practitioner to lead our teams and facilitate efficient product development. This role requires experience with effective project management, team coaching, and conflict resolution.

  • Act as a leader to the Agile team, facilitating iterative methodologies.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and clear.
  • Track and report on team progress, velocity, and sprint health to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

This position is responsible for establishing Agile practices on team level and scaling our setup on enterprise level. It also involves removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and helping resolve conflicts or issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  • Lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement mindset.
  • Able to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal conflict resolution skills.

The ideal candidate should have a personal growth mindset, be proactive and self-organized, and have empathy and interpersonal conflict resolution skills. A psychologically safe environment will be encouraged for the team.
