Agile Delivery Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile team lead to join our delivery team. As an Agile team lead, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile principles are followed across cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress, and other key metrics.
  • Identify and resolve team-level impediments, escalating where necessary.
  • Support Agile adoption across the organization by mentoring and training new teams or stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II).
  • 4–7 years of experience working in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working in enterprise environments or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
