Job Title: Counselling Instructor

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Supervision and Guidance: Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth, and guiding them in their career aspirations.
  • Student Recruitment and Evaluation: Participate in the selection and evaluation process of prospective students, identifying individuals with strong potential for counselling studies.
  • Research and Publication: Engage in scholarly research and publish articles.
  • Institutional Support: Collaborate with colleagues and departments to support the overall objectives and mission of the institution.
  • Student Development: Demonstrate genuine care for students' learning and spiritual development, promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Community Involvement: Actively participate in the community life of the institution.

  Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in a field related to counselling or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching or training students in counselling-related subjects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
