We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our technical team in a dynamic Web3 blockchain company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of software engineers, architects, and blockchain developers.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proficiency in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, React, and more.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, drive technical innovation, and deliver complex projects on schedule.
