About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Associate Scientist to join our team of experts in biologics production and customer collaboration. This role combines process science expertise with customer-facing activities, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • R&D Project Support: Assist in the completion of R&D projects, including conducting experiments, data analysis, and report writing and record keeping.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support the Senior Scientists team in tech transfer, process development and troubleshooting activities, and collaborate with Production, QC and OE teams to resolve deviations and optimize workflows.
  • Customer Support and Order Management: Partner with the Senior Scientists team to interpret customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans, and prepare detailed technical proposals for client projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceuticals, Medicine, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with upstream processes (including CHO cell cultures), downstream protein purification, and proficiency in process analytics including SDS-PAGE, HPLC and antibody characterization.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant software for data processing and report compilation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
