Lead Software Engineering Team

We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to oversee our software engineering team. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.

Job Description

As a lead software engineer, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver results-driven solutions that meet customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring software development teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing software development strategies and roadmaps
  • Collaborating with product management to define and prioritize software features and requirements
  • Working with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality software releases
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C, Golang, or similar
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
