Corporate Executive Job Description

The Job Objective

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing corporate hotlines and emails, as well as providing daily account servicing reports.

  • Manage corporate hotline and email address (answer calls and respond to emails).
  • Provide daily account servicing report.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre- and post-account servicing and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for clients.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

The Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment or customer service role.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
