Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze client metrics to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
