Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to achieve key business goals such as time to market, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to drive cost reduction and ensure strategic supplier selections align with business objectives.
  • Formulate negotiation strategies to proactively drive cost savings with suppliers in complex high-mix/low-volume environments.
  • Total commodity ownership including supplier relationship management and proactive investigation of new or alternative suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in Procurement or Commodity management with increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high technology manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints.
  • Experience with gas delivery systems and gas OEM components.
  • Familiarity with build-to-print manufacturing models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
