Job Title: Engineering Leadership Position for Technical Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to provide strategic direction for all aspects of technical services delivery in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical services across APAC and drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee the delivery of all technical service lines, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to transition vendor spend to self-perform.
  • Drive the implementation of technical programs and best practices.
  • Implement technology, standardization, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to technical services teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technical services operations and account management.
  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing technical service delivery organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive excellence.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC (10%).
