We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Management Coordinator to join our team at the BANK OF CHINA LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, staff reimbursements, credit memos, prepayments, and general ledger entries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate department code and expense or income account coding.
  • Prepare and send payment advices to suppliers, informing them of payment details.
  • Verify and rearrange payment documents for completeness, ensure correct chop numbering, update records, and forward to the operations department for scanning.
  • Maintain supplier information, update records, and ensure proper filing.
  • Retrive documents for GST reporting purposes, including output, input, and reverse charge.
  • Daily dispatch and collection of documents for the department.
  • Reclassify GL transactions according to payee, department, and AP code.
  • Assist with data collection, collation, industry research, and head office joint research.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with financial management, prepayment, shrinkage, formulation, merchandising, internal controls, accruals, and office software.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
