Senior Lead Semiconductor Process Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead our BEOL process integration efforts.
About the Role:
- Develop and optimize BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance standards.
- Design and analyze experiments (DOE) to improve device yield and performance.
- Collaborate with process module engineers to enhance device and yield performance.
- Lead technical problem-solving for processes.
- Engage with internal and external customers to address technical inquiries.
- Establish new technology design rules, test structures, and methodologies.
- Innovate continuous process and device improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree, Master's, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience for PhD holders; more than 5 years for degree holders.
- Experience in wafer fab BEOL/interconnect process integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and RF fundamentals (e.g., S-parameters).
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
