About the Role:

The Human Resource Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical, to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in administering leave records, attendance, and benefits tracking to ensure smooth payroll processes.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating welcome kits, induction schedules, and IT/office access for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR/admin experience, preferably in a contract role.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HR systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
