Job Title: TradeNet Specialist

\

Overview

\

The TradeNet Specialist is responsible for overseeing the submission, processing and compliance of trade documentation through Singapore's TradeNet system.

\

Main Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Supervise daily operations related to TradeNet permit declarations, ACES submission, reports preparation, and management.\
  • Manage trade documentation and ensure accurate and timely submissions.\
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in trade compliance processes.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve trade compliance issues.\
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to TradeNet regulations and ensure compliance.\
  • Provide training and support to team members on TradeNet procedures and best practices.\
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure trade compliance and identify areas for improvement.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth trade operations.\
  • Other responsibilities may include:\

    • Managing trade-related budgets and resources\
    • Coordinating trade operations with other departments\
    • Providing technical support for trade systems and software\
    • Participating in trade compliance training and development programs\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, international trade)\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade compliance or a related field\
  • Strong knowledge of TradeNet regulations and procedures\
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks\
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills\
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade-related software\
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies\\/ul>\
