Advanced Speech Therapist Role A highly skilled Speech Therapist with expertise in diagnosing disorders in children using standardized tests and instruments is sought after by our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical assessments, intervention strategies, and a strong background in mentoring and program development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat communication disorders in children and adults using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address articulation, voice, and other speech-related issues
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Mentor and supervise junior therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to maintain expertise
 Requirements:
  • Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore as a practicing Speech Therapist/Pathologist
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant clinical experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
 Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, or other developmental delays
  • Knowledge of early intervention techniques and strategies for improving communication and social skills
  • Proficiency in language assessment tools and therapies, such as PROMPT, Kaufman, or others
  • Ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes and client satisfaction
