Job Title: Commercial Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage commercial operations and drive business growth.

  • Lead teams in commercial operations, ensuring effective project delivery and successful business outcomes.
  • Oversee contract administration, negotiating terms and resolving disputes with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain a keen eye on budget control and cash flow stability, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives and expand market share.
  • Ensure timely payment and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assess and certify project progress and variation claims, payments including settlement of final accounts.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in industry contractual practices and standard forms (REDAS, SIA & PSSCOC).
  • At least 12 years' experience, with 5 years' main contractor experience.
  • Preferred experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
