Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in both oil & gas and semiconductor fields.
- ISO Audits: Conduct internal and external ISO audits (including ISO 9001) to maintain certifications and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions, and implement solutions to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of quality control procedures, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, ISO procedures, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate quality assurance into all processes and projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.
- ISO Expertise: Proven experience in conducting ISO audits, particularly ISO 9001.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quality management tools and software.
- Certifications: Certified ISO Lead Auditor or similar certification is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: SGD $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
