Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Wireless Architect to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing architectural direction to the development and delivery of technical solutions for our 4G and 5G RF and RAN test, optimization, and assurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical teams in the development and delivery of 5G RF and RAN solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams, including architecture, design, engineering, and deployment teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and industry partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of industry standards and thought leadership in the field of 5G RF and RAN technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in wireless technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in RF and RAN telecommunications, with a strong background in 5G RAN and RF system deployment and planning.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, with a focus on RF, wireless, or networking.
  • Expertise in wireless technologies, including 5G, LTE/LTE-A, O-RAN, and IoT.
  • Experience in attending and contributing to wireless standards bodies, such as 3GPP RAN/SA and O-RAN Alliance.
  • Strong understanding of RF and RAN test, measurement, configuration, optimization, and performance tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
