Lead Peptide Process Development Specialist

We are expanding our team to cover key markets such as the US and Europe, offering a unique opportunity for experienced professionals in peptide process development.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Design and optimize solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), solution-phase, and hybrid synthesis processes to achieve scalability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manufacturing Route Development: Develop scalable, robust, and cost-effective manufacturing routes for therapeutic peptides, ensuring their successful production.
- Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate and implement novel chemistries to enhance production processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will lead lab-to-plant scale-up processes, ensure successful technology implementation, and drive business growth through strategic planning and team leadership. If you have a strong background in peptide process development and are passionate about driving excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
