Job Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes by forging strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position focuses on delivering strategic HR initiatives that enable operational and tactical goals to be met, ensuring synergy across various departments.

Key responsibilities include coaching leaders on competency uplift, talent development, succession planning, and change management. The incumbent is also expected to identify, implement, and drive initiatives that enhance company culture and support exceptional performance.

Furthermore, the HR Business Partner provides strategic insights to facilitate transformation and deliver business value. They work closely with leaders to develop strategy workforce plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging digital systems and data insights to optimize talent recruitment, employee engagement, human capital development, and productivity.

This role requires effective communication, negotiation, influencing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, approachability, resilience, and agility to adapt to changing circumstances. Additionally, they should excel in dynamic environments, prioritize results, and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant business discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role providing strategic and tactical advice to leaders
  • Experience working in manufacturing or semiconductor environments
  • Possession of excellent negotiation, influencing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
