Machine Learning Expert

We're looking for an expert in machine learning to join our team. As a senior data scientist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing projects within advanced process innovation program.

The ideal candidate will have experience with analytical models and/or machine learning algorithms, as well as collaboration skills to work with internal production, technology, and engineering teams.

  • Drive project execution and develop analytical models/machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Act as a coach to democratize machine learning techniques throughout the organization.

In this role, you'll also stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning methodology.

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

  • A master's or Ph.D. in data science, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data science/analytics, DevOps/MLOps, data engineering, and project management (full-stack ML engineering).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python & R, collaborative tools like GitHub & Azure DevOps, and data visualization tools like Tableau & PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and team spirit.
