Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  2. Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
  4. Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report and escalate to management as needed.
  5. Client Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all parties, and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven working experience in project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine industry, and Shipyards.
  2. Education: Engineer in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  3. Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, excellent English written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
