Job Title: Coordinator (Supply Chain Management)

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator (Supply Chain Management) to join our team at TSTAR RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Arrange daily shipments, including generating purchase orders, inputting data into SAP, and scheduling sailings.
  • Manage suppliers and customers, including order backlog and forecast management.
  • Control inventory, including temporary and business continuity planning stock.
  • Analyze costs, including awareness of cargo and logistics costs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to travel on a case-by-case basis for face-to-face meetings or remote meetings.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,900 + AWS + VB (2-3 months).
  • Working Location: Labrador Park.
