Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to oversee our quality control operations, including inspection planning, scheduling, and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, risk assessment, and calibration. They will be responsible for supervising inspectors, collecting and filing quality records, preparing and reviewing quality documents, controlling customer specifications, and managing internal and supplier quality.

Additionally, the successful candidate will evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel, plan and manage audits, administer and improve our quality management system, and maintain documentation. They will also supervise equipment calibration management activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The chosen candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our international partners. They will also have experience with First Article Processes, blueprint reading, and manufacturing.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent qualification with 2-5 years of QC experience, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008.
