We are seeking a motivated and talented Team Member to join our Singapore Team, taking up the Client Enablement Specialist role. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in terms of software product lifecycle management and gain the relevant industry domain knowledge which will result in you being able to build a foundation for a successful career in enterprise software solution sales and marketing.
This role involves working closely with the business development team to learn and master our enterprise software solution offerings quickly and be able to clearly articulate their value to potential clients. You will support the team in software solution overviews and demonstrations through video conference meetings, in-person meetings and webinars.
You will conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, engage with clients via various communication platforms to provide support and guidance, and provide account management and solution support to existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of software support, client management with some relevant experience in sales support and marketing. Relevant experience in software support and training will be an advantage.
Strong oral and written English communication skills along with excellent listening skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
