Semiconductor Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality control process in semiconductor manufacturing processes. This involves managing internal audit activities, implementing quality measures, and driving continuous improvement.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new technologies into the production line while maintaining quality standards. Your role will also involve reviewing and validating quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
- Develop and implement quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Manage internal audit system and perform internal & Supplier audits.
- Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
- Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or other related engineering fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Additionally, you should have excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
