**Technical Service Specialist Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team in the Life Science Process Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues related to product quality and technical enquiries
- Communicate with customers on their technical requests and enquiries
- Provide product and technical support through email, call or on-site support
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues across different geographies
- Identify improvement areas for internal and external processes and initiate, participate or lead local or regional projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or other related fields
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical field and has related knowledge in areas such as aseptic/sterile filtration, tangential flow filtration, single-use technology, chromatography etc.
- Familiar with the product complaint handling process for a GMP and bio/pharmaceutical environment
- Team player with good communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly self-motivated and displays learning agility, resourcefulness and integrity
- Possess passion and genuinely interested in supporting and resolving customers' issues
