Job Title: Site Construction Supervisor

This role oversees construction and design projects from inception to completion. Project leadership or management experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of schedules, resources, and asset control.

  • Inspect sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to minimize risks.
  • Implement measures to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project leadership or management, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Hands-on skills in welding and familiarity with mechanical and electrical works.
  • A Class 3 driver's license for operational purposes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements.
  • Experience in team leadership and staff management.
Beneficial Skills:

The following skills are advantageous:

  • Familiarity with interior design principles and software such as CAD and SketchUp.
