Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Content Management & Execution (65%): Own and maintain social media calendars of various brands across platforms as brand guardian.
- Research and ride cultural and content trends, tailoring them for each brand.
- Create, capture, and edit content from behind-the-scenes moments shot on iPhone to high-production campaigns alongside internal content and external agency teams.
- Craft compelling captions, promotions, and activations that engage and convert.
- Track and report on social performance against KPIs (engagement rate, reach, growth, conversions), using insights to continuously optimise content.
- Support marketing activities including but not limited to campaign planning, reporting, collateral updates, PR / influencer collaborations, event planning and finance admin.
- Support internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure seamless marketing executions across channels and functions, aligned with brand and business goals.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media experience in F&B, lifestyle or retail preferred (agency or in-house).
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
