Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end experience of our customers.

  • Customer Service and Success:
    • Address patient inquiries via various communication channels, primarily text-based messaging.
    • Patient relations such as registration and appointment booking.
    • Escalate user and technical issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Dispensing of medications.
    • Timely packaging and dispatching of orders.
    • Customer verification and billing.
    • Monitoring and follow-up on medical reports and patient requests.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Stock-taking and inventory checks.
    • Clinic housekeeping.
    • Data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
    Qualifications
    • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Background in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
    • Compassionate and empathetic towards customers.
    • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
