About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our agency partnerships strategy in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with independent agencies across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive agency partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and increase TikTok's share of market in Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO and founder-level executives at leading agencies in the region.
  • Collaborate with local country agency teams to define agency account plans and unlock investments and drive business key performance metrics.
  • Lead and partner cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans, synthesizing market data, agency analysis, and defining the overall business approach to drive success.
  • Penetrate various agency organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against these plans.
  • Be adept at developing various marketing approaches such as performance, brand, mid-funnel, and commerce to empower agencies to leverage TikTok ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help teams and agencies better measure impact and adopt TikTok measurement solutions.
  • Develop team forecasting and deliver accurate analysis to support team planning.
  • Create persuasive sales narratives to help teams leverage market trends and case studies to position TikTok positively.
  • Able to design and execute both scaled and focused agency engagement tactics.
  • Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team.
  • Orchestrate plans with product teams and all cross-functional teams to guide organizational efforts towards stronger business outcomes on product adoption.
  • Home in on relevant trends and opportunities to craft business cases that support new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience in ad sales marketing and development or a sales-related media function, with a strong connection with independent agencies and/or MCN/TSP networks ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to work with partners outside the organization and proven record of influencing outcomes by creating win-win solutions and holding partners accountable to agreed plans.
  • Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
