Job Title: IT Manager - HR and Payroll Systems

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing the company's PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with IT teams and business users to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and support of the PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll system
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements
  • Develop functional and technical design specifications
  • Design and develop efficient enhancements to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with different teams on system integration projects
  • Provide consultancy support and technical training
  • Develop and maintain system validation procedures, reports, manuals, and other documentation
  • Project Management
  • Plan and oversee projects (e.g., upgrades, new solutions, hardware/software installations)
  • Support RFP process from drafting specifications to evaluation and award
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Analyst, ERP consultant, or similar in Human Resource Management Systems
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Workflow, Integration Broker, etc.
  • Experience integrating PeopleSoft with non-PeopleSoft systems
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft ERP systems, version 9.0 or above
  • PeopleSoft Admin experience
