The role of the Inventory Executive is multifaceted, focusing on optimizing stock allocation by analyzing and managing data related to inventory and purchase orders. To achieve this goal, key responsibilities include generating reports that provide insights into demand, forecasting, and supply information. These reports serve as a foundation for making informed recommendations that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of forecasting and replenishment processes in stock planning, including concepts such as safety stocks and working stocks to maintain an optimal balance between overstock and out of stock.
  • Fostering seamless collaboration with Forwarders, Customs, Vendors, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Providing daily support to Operations Teams and Warehouses to facilitate smooth coordination and task execution.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to established safety and housekeeping protocols set by the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control within the automotive industry.
  • Prior experience with controlling inventory for thousands of line items is highly beneficial.
