Strategic Business Growth Manager

LRN Corporation is a global leader in Ethics and Compliance solutions. As a high-performing Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our proprietary Catalyst Compliance Management System (SaaS) and suite of eLearning, advisory, and service offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering annual sales quotas to corporates in Japan and have expertise in solution selling and managing complex business offerings. You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, converting market-qualified leads into pipeline opportunities, and leading bids to secure contract signatures.
You will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting LRN's E&C solutions to potential clients and developing subject matter expertise on relevant business, legal, compliance, and ethical trends. Effective engagement with C-Level audiences, including General Counsels, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers, and HR Executives, is crucial.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of LRN programs and management of all activities to ensure accurate company sales forecasting. A career sales professional with 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions is required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of ethics and integrity, possess industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, media, diversity programs, SaaS, or HR benefits platforms, and exhibit an energetic and positive work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in delivering annual sales quotas
- Expertise in solution selling and managing complex business offerings
- Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, media, diversity programs, SaaS, or HR benefits platforms
