Optician Job

We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing refraction tests, dispensing glasses, and maintaining customer records.

About the Role:

An Optician plays a vital role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible eyecare services. To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of optical products, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough eye examinations to determine the correct prescription for glasses or contact lenses
  • Dispense glasses, contact lenses, and other optical products according to prescriptions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Opticianry or related field
  • Possess a valid OOB License in Singapore
  • Previous experience as an optician is preferred but not required
