Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Administrator to join our team at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and postage invoices on a monthly basis. You will also handle requests for office supplies, liaise with divisions and vendors, and perform data entry updates in our intranet portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with divisions on mail, courier, and postal services required
  • Liaising with vendors on the collection of mail and courier services required
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and couriers into respective pigeonholes
  • Performing updates (data entry) of incoming mail, outgoing mail, and outgoing couriers in our intranet portal
  • Processing mail, couriers, and postage invoices on a monthly basis
  • Handling requests for and issuance of office supplies
Requirements
  • At least three years of work experience, preferably in dispatch/mailroom services
  • Meticulous and a team player with excellent customer service skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 2000 per month and a contract period of 1 year. Our working arrangement includes Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Located in Clarke Quay/Cityhall, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow with our company.
