BIM Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software. You will update and maintain BIM models and drawings to reflect design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and develop detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software.
  • Update and maintain BIM models and drawings to reflect design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable models and drawings.
  • Manage the exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, client, and stakeholders using Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages from BIM model.
  • Evaluate Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP) & Wall Setting Out Plan.
  • Fulfill BIM deliverables and documentation according to BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution.
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
  • Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous.
  • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.
